After years of procrastinating, I finally decided to create my own blog (Yey!) What a feat!
I hope to start it with the right reasons though.
Number 1. I want to chronicle my journeys, travels, new ideas, my brilliant thoughts (duh!) and my walk with the Lord. I have spiritual amnesia.
Number 2. I desperately wanted to read myself think and not to care so much that other people will criticize my thoughts ("How could you think of that?" that sort of thing).
Number 3. If life is indeed a journey and can only be traveled once, I want to leave markers along the way so other travelers could learn from my mistakes and little victories. Number 4. I want to celebrate the gift given to me.(Wow!) It is nothing compared to the skill of others before me, but I want to use my small gift as gratitude to the One who entrusted it to me.
There are so many writers in this world and as I aspire to belong to the ranks of some of the best, I can't help feeling small and inept. But I refuse to feel inferior, knowing that writing is simply showing someone else through words what the world looks like looking through your eyes... through your window.
I hope you stop by again to look through my window again. <3
